Stormy But Oh So Beautiful!

October 13, 2018 – that was their original Wedding Day . . . but Hurricane Michael certainly had other plans.  All that tedious planning. . . and wishing and hoping. . . it was definitely stressful.  But their family and friends rallied and got Jeremy and Jess through it all.  A new date was set for January 19, 2019.  It never storms in January, right??

The weather forecast the week prior to Saturday, January 19th was out of the ordinary. . . constantly up and down. . . I remember the forecast literally changing by the hour.  It seemed unbelievable that it was happening again.  Not a hurricane but a nasty storm was headed our way.  The day of the wedding arrived and we were ready.  Jess and Jeremy were going to be married, and no matter what, it was going to be beautiful.

A little secret. . . STORMY = ROMANTIC.  And that’s just what it was. . . oh so romantic, and fun, and gorgeous, and perfectly memorable!!  We could have done without the high winds and tornado warnings but thankfully, all turned out very well. The ceremony was full of love (umbrellas and all!), the food yummy delish, the cake to die for, and the PARTY unforgettable!  Mr. and Mrs. Hatcher had nothing short of a magical Wedding Day and I was so very honored to be their photographer.

A very special shout out to their AMAZING vendors. . .
